For the same type of mixer, under the condition of the same power consumption, the power of large diameter and low speed mixer is mainly consumed in the overall flow, which is beneficial to the macro mixing. The agitator with small diameter and high rotating speed is mainly consumed in turbulent pulsation, which is beneficial to micromixing. The enlargement of the stirrer is a complicated problem related to the process. It can only be extrapolated to the industrial scale according to the amplification criterion.
